Class Description
Get creative with fiber and learn the basics of tapestry weaving! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll explore simple weaving techniques, experiment with color and texture, and create your own one-of-a-kind fiber art to display at home.
No prior experience is needed, just bring your creativity! Experienced weavers are welcome, too, and can have fun exploring new ideas and techniques.
MEET THE MAKER:
Yarn Hoarder Goods is a fiber artist based in central Virginia. Jamie primarily uses hand-dyed natural fibers sourced from women-owned small businesses for her handspun yarn and handwoven items. She also loves sharing her passion with the main goal being to make fiber arts accessible and easy to learn!
