🎶 CIRCLE SONGS WORKSHOP IN PARIS 🎶Come sing, improvise, connect, and create music together in the moment!
Join me for a 2-hour Circle Songs Workshop in the heart of Paris, inspired by Bobby McFerrin’s Circle Songs.
Circle Songs are all about group vocal improvisation — creating rhythms, melodies, harmonies, grooves and eventually whole songs together, right there in the moment.
We’ll explore the voice through playful exercises, rhythm, listening and improvisation, gradually building toward creating our own Circle Songs as a group.
✨ There are no mistakes — just explorations.
Circle Songs are a beautiful way to:
• Explore your voice and musical creativity
• Develop your sense of rhythm and harmony
• Practice listening and responding musically
• Become more comfortable with improvisation
• Connect and make music with other singers
• Let go of overthinking and simply SING!
No preparation or previous experience is necessary — just show up, be open, and ready to sing!
🎵 WHAT WE’LL DO
• Vocal and body warm-ups
• Rhythm and groove exercises
• Melodic and harmonic improvisation
• Call & response
• Improvisational singing games
• Create Circle Songs together
• Explore your own musical ideas and spontaneous creativity
Every workshop is a little different, with new exercises, games and musical ideas to explore.
