Circle of Sound is a meditative movement and sound experience. We will gather in sacred space to honor movement, music, silence, and stillness. Through intention-based, collaborative creation, we will deepen our experience of the seasons and foster our connection to both spirit and community. All musicians are welcome. Bring your drums, rattles, flutes, singing bowls, stringed instruments, voices, etc.
All dancers are welcome. Movers of all levels of mobility are encouraged to attend.
All who come with an open heart and open mind are welcome. Seated meditation, journaling, witnessing, and holding space are all appropriate.
Whether you come to move, play, or simply be present, you are an essential part of the circle, and we look forward to welcoming you.
