We’re back with our second Circle of Compassion.
Caregiving can be deeply meaningful… and yet familiarly exhausting.
Sometimes, what we need isn’t another solution or another piece of advice. We simply need a space where we can pause, breathe, speak honestly, and be with people who understand.
Circle of Compassion is a confidential space for caregivers to connect, reflect, share and find strength in community. This time, we’ll make space for conversation, a little music, and some silence - simple ways to pause, release, and reconnect with ourselves.
