About this Event
Real estate investing is hard to figure out alone. The Cincinnati Real Estate Investing Group is a community for Cincinnati investors who would rather learn it together, with building wealth and financial freedom at the center of it.
This group is for anyone interested in real estate investing, whether you are still saving for your first property or already running a portfolio.
Our events are relaxed and conversational, built so people actually connect and share what they are working on. We hold casual monthly meetups, plus a few larger sessions each year with workshops and guest speakers.
In October we are joined by 25 investors flying in for the SARE Cincinnati Investors Field Trip, now in its fourth year. They spend the week touring neighborhoods, walking real deals, and getting to know the market here. Come network with local and out-of-state investors at the meetup.
About The Host: I am Ian Cruz, CPA. Before real estate, I was working as a Manager of Finance at a venture capital firm. Today, I co-founded Three Little Pigs Investment Services with Slocomb Reed, buying and repositioning multifamily and rental portfolios around Greater Cincinnati.
Outside of work I coach boxing and spend the rest of my time with my wife and my two daughters. Come say hello at the next meetup.
