Midweek Reset: Yoga at Lytle Park with Brandi BeeTake a break, find your flow, and reconnect with yourself in the heart of downtown. Join us every Wednesday at 12:00 PM for free, all-levels yoga at Lytle Park, led by healer, wellness guide, and nature lover Brandi Colvin, also known as Brandi Bee.
Brandi’s passion for yoga began over five years ago as a personal journey toward transformation, empowerment, and joy. That experience inspired her to become a yoga teacher and create Brandi Bee, a platform rooted in connection, mindfulness, and healing. Through yoga, meditation, and movement, she curates an inclusive space for positivity, growth, and community—one breath at a time.
Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, this class is your midweek invitation to pause, breathe, and be present with others who value wellness and balance.
