CHRONICLE OF SOUTH PERTHNo such thing as an ordinary life.
A FREE live theatre experience for the whole community!
Every person has a story. A life filled with moments of joy, heartbreak, courage, humour, love, loss and everything in between.
And every one of those stories matters.
Chronicle of South Perth is a unique live theatre experience celebrating the lives and stories of people in our community — because we believe there's no such thing as an ordinary life.
Through storytelling and performance, Second Act Arts brings local experiences to the stage, revealing the extraordinary richness of the lives being lived all around us.
Some stories will make you laugh. Others might move you to tears. All of them remind us how much we have in common, and how much there is to discover about one another.
Everyone is welcome, and admission is completely FREE!
Whether you've lived in South Perth all your life, recently moved to the area, or simply want to enjoy a wonderful evening of theatre and storytelling, we'd love you to join us.

HAVE A STORY TO SHARE?
We're inviting people from the South Perth community to contribute their stories to Chronicle.

Share your story here:

Submissions are open until 15 November 2026.
The live performance features artistic interpretations inspired by community submissions, rather than direct presentations of individual stories. You won't be expected to appear on stage.
