Don your most festive Christmas PJ’s, grab your fluffy socks and Christmas cheer because its time for a winter solstice wind down- Christmas style!
Let’s get in the festive spirit and welcome the winter solstice in with an evening of dreamy yoga! The festive season can be a whirlwind of stress as you plan everything out within the time limit, so its so important to take time to look after you and to fully let go of stress, tension and worry. Christmas pj’s are of course optional.
Starting with calming and relaxing yin yoga postures Emma will guide you into calmness as you settle into supported postures and relax. Letting go of the stress from the year as we welcome peace, clarity and happiness.
After a super chilled hour of yin we will move into meditation, self acupressure massage for the face and neck as we release tension and tightness from the crown of the head to the shoulders.
Then lay back and enjoy a dreamy guided yoga Nidra as you lay cocooned in a blanket with a lavender eye pillow, drifting off to serenity.
Please note this workshop is suitable for those who haven’t done much yoga before as it’ll be very gentle and focus more on stress relief and relaxation.
