From the Tudors and Georgians to the Victorians and post-war Elizabethans, each era has left its mark on the way we celebrate Christmas today. Uncover the stories behind treasured traditions, from the origins of the Christmas tree and gift-giving to the yule log and why we hide a lucky charm in the Christmas pudding.
