We’ll begin with "Shake the Dust," a powerful movement meditation. Through rhythmic shaking, intuitive movement, and breathwork, you’ll release stagnant energy, unblock emotional barriers, and open yourself to a deeper connection with your heart. This practice will help you cultivate presence and a sense of freedom, inviting you to explore the body’s natural wisdom.
Following this, we’ll enjoy a restorative sauna session to ground the experience. Theheat will relax the muscles, enhance circulation, and provide the perfect environment to integrate the heart-centered practice, leaving you calm, open, and deeply connected to your inner self.

Emily and Sophie are both experienced spaceholders and teach regular classes and saunagus at Rort. They teach with passion and devotion, and welcome you to be exactly as you are when you show up for your practice.
