A quiet moment in the Christmas season. Before December gathers pace, come and give yourself an hour with nothing to do but rest.
Settle beneath your blankets and cushions as Camilla guides you through the sounds of gongs and singing bowls. You’re welcome exactly as you are - whether you’ve been to a Soundbath before or this is your first.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, two blankets or a sheepskin rug, an eye covering and a water bottle so you can settle in and be as cosy as possible.
