Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council and the United Reformed Church invite local disabled and elderly residents to come into Hinckley to see the Christmas lights. Upper Castle Street will be opened to traffic from 6pm to 8pm. Anyone is welcome to come and drive at your leisure to view the Christmas lights and then exit onto Regent Street.
