Christmas Dubs Info MeetThis year’s Info Meet will take place on Saturday 17th October at the Port of Bristol Sports & Community Hub in Shirehampton, just off Junction 18 of the M5 (Avonmouth). We’ll start at 6:30pm, and the evening should last around 60–90 minutes.
We’ll run through our plans for the 2026 season, how you can take part, ways you can support our fundraising and the help you can expect from your Christmas Dubs admin team.
We’ll also share practical tips for safely attaching lights to your Dubs, along with ideas for adding some extra festive magic beyond the lights!
We know that rising fuel prices and the cost of living are making things difficult for many of us. With that in mind, we’ve been looking at ways to adapt our plans and make taking part as manageable as possible.
Christmas Dubs happens because of the time, care and generosity of our volunteers and participants. Every hour given, every Dub decorated and every contribution helps us bring smiles to the communities we visit and support The Grand Appeal’s work for children and families at Bristol Children’s Hospital. We’re truly grateful for whatever you’re able to give.
We’re looking forward to sharing our plans, celebrating our Highly Commended recognition at the BBC Make a Difference Awards with you all, and getting ready for another season of festive fun, friendship and fundraising.
