📺 During dinner, we’ll screen photos and videos from our adventures on a big TV, share some favourite memories and announce new projects and events for Malta Venture’s 2027 programme! 🚙🏕️
We’ll also be saying a heartfelt farewell to Da Luigi as we know it, before the restaurant moves under new management from 20th December. Let’s give the team a memorable send-off while supporting a cause close to our hearts.

🍴 ADULT SET MENU
Starters to share — all three pasta dishes:
1) Pasta Pollo e Tartufo — Chicken pieces, porcini, cream of truffle and crème fraîche.
2) Pasta Caprese — Tomato sauce, a hint of garlic, fresh burrata, fresh basil and basil oil.
3) Pasta Amatriciana — Tomato sauce, garlic, smoked pancetta, chilli flakes and olive oil.
Main course — choose one:
A) Breast of Chicken — Local chicken breast with Chardonnay wine, pancetta, porcini and cream.
B) Filleted Seabass — With cherry tomatoes, garlic and fresh garden herbs.
C) Angus Beef Sirloin — Lava grilled, with port wine and beef jus, and gremolata.
D) Belly of Pork — Slow-braised pork belly with apple and mustard purée, and cider jus.
Dessert: Semifreddo.

Main course — choose one:
1) Pasta with white sauce
2) Pasta Bolognese
3) Pasta Napolitana
4) Mini chicken escalopes and fries
