Christmas Day Brunch at Fairmont Palliser
Celebrate the magic of the season with a timeless holiday-themed brunch buffet served in the iconic Crystal Ballroom at Fairmont Palliser. Treat your loved ones to chef-attended carving stations, gourmet dishes, dark chocolate fountain and live music. Turn moments into memories with us this Christmas Day!

Cancellation policy:
We’re so excited to celebrate Christmas Day with you! Our brunch is a special opportunity to enjoy time with our loved ones, and we want to ensure as many families as possible can join us for this memorable occasion.
To accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations or refund requests be made at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the reservation to another family hoping to celebrate. Unfortunately, after this period, we will not be able to issue refunds.
