Experience the magic of the season at Norwich’s first German inspired Christmas Market.
This December, Chapelfield Gardens is transformed into a festive village. Inspired by the classic markets of Germany, our festive setup features traditional wooden chalets with twinkling lights, bringing a true Alpine atmosphere to the heart of the city.
Discover the perfect present with local makers and businesses showcasing their creativity. Whether you are looking for handmade treasures and artisan jewellery, bespoke seasonal décor and hand-poured candles, luxury home-ware and unique, heartfelt gifts, it’s the ultimate destination for supporting local makers and finding those “one-of-a-kind” pieces that high-street shops can’t match.
Take a break from the shopping at our bustling food court surrounding the historic Bandstand. Follow your nose and indulge with options from grilled chicken and burgers to the sweetness of festive treats and mulled wine, there is something for everyone:
We will have warming Winter Street Food, including plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. Indulge in luxury hot chocolates, traditional Glühwein (mulled wine), and festive craft ales.
Soak up the spirit of a real Christmas market with a rotating schedule of live performances. Enjoy the sounds of local bands, community choirs, dance troupes, and acoustic musicians, providing the perfect soundtrack to your visit under the stars.
Perfect for: Families, foodies, and festive shoppers.
Entry: Children go free, adults £2 at peak times (Mon-Fri 3pm-9pm, weekends)
Join us for a celebration of community, creativity, and the most wonderful time of the year!
