West Virginia singer-songwriter, Christian Lopez, will return to his hometown of Martinsburg on December 22, 2026, for the 2nd Annual Christian Lopez Christmas Jam for Charity, bringing his full band to the historic Apollo Civic Theatre for an evening of live music, benefiting Children’s Home Society of West Virginia. Admission is FREE, just bring a toy! The goal is to donate as many toys as possible to Children’s Home Society. It all goes to making Christmas a little brighter for local children and families in need. More details here: https://apollocivictheatre.org/event/christian-lopez-christmas-jam-for-charity/
For Lopez, the Christmas Jam is both a homecoming and an opportunity to give back in the community where his musical career began. The Apollo Civic Theatre is a hometown venue with special meaning to
the Martinsburg native.
“The Apollo is a venue near and dear to my heart, and I couldn’t think of a better place to bring everyone together at Christmas,” said Lopez. “Let’s have some fun and do some good. Bring a toy, bring your friends, and let’s see how many gifts we can collect for local kids and families.”
The December 22 performance marks the second year of Lopez’s Christmas Jam for Charity and will feature Lopez backed by his full band. The event is held with support from Jefferson Security Bank, with donated toys collected for the Children’s Home Society of West Virginia. (Who will be on site)
Doors at the Apollo Civic Theatre open at 6:30 p.m., and the show begins at 8:00 p.m. No advance ticket is required; a new, unwrapped toy serves as admission.
