Thursday, November 12th, at 6:30, 2nd Home is thrilled to have Chris D'Amato back for our Thursday Jazz/Blues nights. Chris D'Amato, aka Smokin' Opey, (https://chrisdamatomusic.weebly.com) has been playing blues guitar professionally for the past 30 years. Whether Chris is
coaxing sounds of the Delta from his steel bodied National guitar, fingerpicking piedmont style rags or flatpicking colorful melodies on a vintage gibson, one can hear every style of Americana he has absorbed along the way. Chris’s guitar
playing will surely captivate fans of true roots music. Chris is a two-time Connecticut Blues Society solo/duo finalist and a finalist at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee.
We know this will be a great evening of blues, and hope you will join us!
