CHPC x House of Flow
Take a little time for you with an exclusive Reformer Pilates session, hosted by House of Flow in collaboration with Chafford Hundred Parent Club.
With just 7 parent spaces per session, this small and welcoming group is a chance to move your body, reset and enjoy some much-needed you time — because looking after yourself matters too.
Little ones are welcome! For safety around the reformer equipment, children attending will need to remain safely in their buggy during the session.
Spaces are very limited and booking is essential.
The session itself is hosted and delivered by House of Flow.
Please register your interest/place through Eventbrite first. Class tickets are purchased directly from House of Flow prices are posted at point of purchase, and the link to the studio's booking page will be sent to you once you have secured your Eventbrite ticket. Selecting Eventbrite ticket doesn't mean you have space, you must book via the sent link to secure your space with House of Flow.
Supporter tickets through Eventbrite are donations towards CHPC and not the cost of the event.

A little note from CHPC
Chafford Hundred Parent Club events are parent-led, peer-support meet-ups, created to help local parents connect, build friendships and find their village through parenthood.
Our meet-ups are not childcare, supervised children’s sessions or formal classes. Parents and carers remain responsible for the supervision, safety and wellbeing of their child(ren) at all times while attending.
We aim to keep our community meet-ups free and accessible wherever possible. If you are able to make a donation or occasionally purchase a Supporter Ticket, it is always greatly appreciated and helps us cover the costs of keeping these groups and events running.
There is never any pressure to contribute — come along, connect and find your village.
