I’ll guide you through each stage of the chocolate-making process, sharing plenty of tips and techniques that you can use again at home.
During the workshop, you’ll:
✨ Make rich chocolate truffle centres from scratch
✨ Learn how to temper chocolate successfully
✨ Coat your own handmade chocolate truffles
✨ Create beautiful chocolate mendiants
✨ Turn leftover tempered chocolate into delicious rocky road chocolate bark
And, of course, you’ll take everything you make home with you, beautifully packaged:

Whether you’re already a keen home cook or simply love chocolate and fancy trying something new, this is a relaxed and sociable workshop designed to give you the confidence to recreate your chocolates at home.
