About this Event
School Holidays Chocolate Workshops are returning to Hawthorn with the new program.
Need for a fun and creative way to occupy the kids in Spring?
Let your child become a mini chocolatier in a hands-on chocolate workshop at Hawthorn Library on Glenferrie road. (Can't find a suitable date? We also have workshops at Balwyn Library. Check the schedule here: link)
Kids make their very own chocolate lollipops — a fun, hands-on session where every child creates 6 lollipops to decorate and take home! 🍭
How it works: Chocolate is melted and piped into individual bags — each child gets their own piping bag of chocolate, a mould, and sprinkles and toppings to decorate the lollipops with. Kids pipe their chocolate into the mould themselves, decorate it, then wait while it sets before taking their creations home.
This is a fast-paced, 20-25-minute hands-on workshop (plus setting time), perfect for little ones who love getting creative with chocolate.
What's included:
- All chocolate and decorating materials
- Step-by-step guidance throughout
- 6 chocolate lollipops to take home
Your child will learn how chocolate lollipops are made and leave with both a delicious creation and an experience to remember. Whether they love art, food, or just having fun — this is an engaging activity that feels like a treat, not a class.
💡 Perfect for ages 4–16
🎟️ Limited spots available — book now to avoid missing out! $35 per child
