This immersive experience features custom-crafted chocolates paired to highlight the balance and nuance of each of Retzlaff 's wines. Enjoy a curated selection of bonbons, ganaches, caramels, pate de fruits and layered confections thougtfully matched to enhance the wine's structure and aromatics.
