Watch the movie. Eat Chocolate. Discuss!Join the library's Cookbook Club for an afternoon of movie watching, book discussion, and chocolate eating on Saturday, November 21 at 1 pm. We'll be screening the movie Chocolat (2000, PG-13, 2 h). Please bring a dish to share that somehow involves chocolate, sweet or savory. It can be homemade or purchased.
After the movie, we'll discuss the movie and compare it to the book it was based on, Chocolat, by Joanne Harris. The library has extra copies available for pickup at the help desk on or after October 28. Registration is required; sign up online at tinyurl.com/chocolatspl, stop by the help desk, or call (405) 372-3633 x8106. Reading the book is encouraged but not required for attendance.
