Whether you’ve got chili making skills…. or just chili eating skills… we need your help on Sunday, November 8 for our 2026 Chili Cook-Off. Prizes available for both chefs and tasters!

WHO CAN ATTEND:
Any customer may attend. No Aladino Lounge membership required between the hours of 12pm and 2pm.
CIGAR DEAL:

NOTES FOR CHILI CHEFS:
If you’re planning to submit a batch of chili, please review these notes:
Unfortunately we can’t have everyone bring their chili in a crock pot, as it would overwhelm the circuits. Preference would be to bring your chili in a half-pan-sized aluminum / chafing dish style pan.
The week of the event, we will have half pans available at the Greensburg location that you can pick up to use.
Please cook enough for 20 small portions to be sampled
Please arrive no later than 11:30am to set up your chili
All chefs that bring chili will receive a $30 cigar voucher
Voucher must be redeemed by 3pm day of event

QUESTION: Does the chili have to be traditional, or can I do a creative recipe?
ANSWER: You can do any style or recipe you want. Aim to win!

If you’re planning to come taste chili and vote, please review these notes:
No cost to be a taster, we simply require you to complete and submit the paper ballot
All tasters who submit a vote will receive 1 raffle ticket. Winning ticket will be pulled at 2pm.
Winner (must be present) will receive a complimentary cigar of their choosing (under $20 retail).
