Who makes the best chili in town? 🌶️Find out at the Connection Church Chili Competition! Whether you are a master chili chef or just love a warm bowl of good food, this event is for you. Come hungry, bring your friends, and get ready to vote for your favorite recipe!
🗓️ WHEN: Saturday, October 17, 2026
⏰ TIME: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Doors open at 11:00 AM)
📍 WHERE: Connection Church
💵 COST: $5 per person which includes 1 tasting cup for each chili station, 1 coupon for a drink, 1 voting form. Children 2 years of age and younger are free. Additionally, you may purchase a bowl of your favorite chili or additional drinks for an additional charge.

👩🍳 ATTENTION CHILI COOKS: WE NEED YOU!
Do you have a recipe that can take home one of the trophies? We are actively looking for competitors to showcase their culinary skills.
• Setup Time: Competitors can set up on October 17th from 10:00-10:45am
• What to Bring: At lease one large crockpot of your signature chili, serving utensils, and an extension cord.
• Provided for You: Power outlets, tasting cups, spoons, napkins.
• How to Register: Secure your competition spot by sending Serina a Facebook message or email to [email protected].
• Cost to Enter: $20. $10 of which is refundable after the competition. If you are not able to attend, you forfeit the full $20.
• Prizes will be awarded for the winner of each Category.
Deadline to submit your entry form to be a competitor is September 12, 2026 – space is limited and not guaranteed until confirmed by Serina in writing.
