This special Halloween session is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some quality time together while moving, playing, relaxing and getting creative.
🎃 Practice yoga with Halloween-themed stories
👻 Enjoy fun and engaging activities, including partner poses and sharing ideas
🧘🏼♀️ Learn child-friendly relaxation activities
🎨 Get creative with Halloween-themed arts and crafts
🕷️ And, of course, lots of Halloween fun!
