A Halloween theme crafternoon, this is a relaxed, creative family crafting session designed for grown-ups and children to enjoy together in the welcoming setting of The Drapers Arms. A must do half term activity for creative children in central Canterbury.
Workshop Details
- Date: Friday 30th October - 2:00pm start
- Duration: Approx 1.5 hours - longer if you have the attention span!
- Location: The Drapers Arms, 1-2 Sun Street, Canterbury, CT1 2HX
- Materials Provided: I will provide everything needed, just wear clothes you don't mind getting messy
- Cost: £10 per child (adults come free) 2 for £17
- Ages: 4+ Grown ups stay and create too!
What to Expect
This family-friendly craft session is all about spending quality time making, chatting and having fun. We’ll begin with a short introduction and a simple demonstration of the different Halloween themed crafts on offer. Then it’s time to explore.
Around the room you’ll find four creative stations, each set up with everything you need to complete a different craft. You and your child(ren) can move freely between the stations, taking your time and choosing what you’d like to make in a pressure free environment.
All materials and equipment are provided, with easy-to-follow instructions at each station and a helping hand nearby if needed. Parents can relax with a drink in hand while little (and not-so-little) crafters get stuck in.
A lovely way to slow down, get creative together, and enjoy an afternoon in a friendly pub setting, with the bar downstairs open throughout.
