These events are in extremely high demand so registration is encouraged at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Just a reminder, this is not a riding event but rather an educational first introduction to horses. It includes grooming, feeding, learning anatomy and behavior etc. The kids do get to work with and feed a real horse, just no riding. There is also a horseshoe painting activity included as well as a completion certificate for each child.
The cost is $35 per child and they may be accompanied by up to two adults (free of charge). Payment is needed to reserve your spot.
