About this Event
Please note: During this block, Children’s Art Club will be taking place on Friday afternoons, 4:30pm, to 6pm.
Is your child aged 7 to 12?
Join us for our next block of Children's Art Club, led by artist Imogen Moon. We will learn fun and new printmaking skills, and how to create a finished product that fits specific dimensions.
As a part of Imogen's project Printing Joy, our finished works will go into a vending machine that will feature in our upcoming exhibition S for Southend
We will explore 3 mediums of printing:
- Screen Printing
- Mono Printing
- Lino Printing
Children will be encouraged to create their own ideas for each printing technique that explores one cohesive theme of their choosing. It could be anything from nature, machines, to food - anything could go into the machine!
