Childbirth Class Understanding Birth Part 2

This class is part 2 of the on-site childbirth class and offers information on breathing, coping, and comfort techniques in labor. It is recommended that you attend all classes in the series. Please register for them separately. The classes are limited seating. You only need to purchase one ticket for yourself, one support person is welcome to come free of charge and they do not need a ticket. If this class is not does not fit your schedule or you would prefer an all online option, call Lorie at 432-221-3283 for information on our e-classes. All in person classes are held in the childbirth education class room suite 260 on the second floor of the F. Marie Hall Outpatient Center.
