Hello Friends, I've reserved a 40 pax school group booking for 3 hours of snow-tubing fun at the Chicopee Tube Park in Kitchener. Please provide names below and EMT payment by Dec 17 if you plan to attend.
30/40 spots available. Only payment reserves your spot, I cannot hold spots without payment, thanks for understanding. If there is further interest I can request to increase our capacity subject to availability.

No refunds unless the trip is cancelled due to weather, insufficient numbers or you are able to find a replacement. No refunds for any no shows or late arrivals. Please plan to arrive on time at 9.00AM for a 9.30AM start, if you arrive late that is fine but the 3 hour window starts at 9.30AM.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Snow tubers must be at least 4 years old and 42" tall
2. Helmet required for ages 12 and under. For faster hill access, we encourage all students to bring their own CSA approved helmet. Examples of a CSA approved helmet is, Hockey, bike, Ski/Snow board. Helmets will be provided for those students who do not have one. Selection may be limited at times. Hats with Pom Poms are discouraged for proper helmet fitting.
3. Sign online waivers before you arrive. Waiver form below must be completed 48 hours prior to visit https://chicopeetubepark.aluvii.com/employee/Waiver/SignWaiver2?waiverId=1
4. One person per tube, in sitting position only
5. Make sure that the track is clear before you take off.
6. When you reach the bottom of the hill, look uphill and clear the track immediately.
7. Exit the slope at marked areas only.
8. Do not obstruct the track. When you're done tubing, return your tube to the tube enclosure.
9. No tubing permitted under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
10. Remain at the scene of a collision and identify yourself to first-aider.
