- Forward extensions
- Back extensions

About the teacher
Randy Just is Director of BKS Iyengar Yoga Studio of Dallas + a Level 3 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT).
With over 40 years of practice and decades of study in Pune and with senior teachers worldwide, Randy brings precision, warmth, and humor to his teaching. He has also served as a certification assessor for more than 10 years.
