About this Event
Colorado public-school employees have access to unique homeownership opportunities, and this free class is designed to help you understand them. Join us for an educational session covering the CHFA Schools to Home Program, including how the program's 25% down payment assistance benefit may help eligible school employees reduce out-of-pocket expenses when purchasing a home.
We will discuss eligibility requirements, financing options, the homebuying process, and steps you can take to prepare for homeownership. Whether you're ready to buy now or simply exploring your options, you'll leave with practical information and resources tailored to Colorado education professionals.
Following the presentation, we will host an extended Q&A session of up to one hour. Attendees are welcome to stay as long as they like and may leave at any time once their questions have been answered. Our goal is to provide a relaxed, informative environment where every participant has the opportunity to get personalized answers to their homeownership questions.
Food and refreshments will be provided. 🏡📚🍽️
