Join us this holiday season for a festive and delicious experience—our Chell's Charcuterie Holiday Wreath Workshop in the beautiful Paradise Hills Vineyard & Winery
Whether you’re a beginner or have some charcuterie experience, this hands-on class will guide you in creating a stunning and edible holiday wreath board.
Perfect as a centerpiece for your holiday gatherings or as a thoughtful hostess gift, your charcuterie wreath will impress guests and spread holiday cheer.
We will make salami Christmas trees, salami roses, tomato hearts and more! I will have sugar cranberries and fresh roesemary to desihn your masterpiece.
We will have a bag to transport your board home.

- A large 14" bamboo wreath board
- Four artisan cheeses
- Two premium cured meats
