About this Event

A four-course menu designed by Chef Parolari, paired with Cantina Roeno wines. Hosted by Alberto Fraquelli (Brasseria Family), Martina Cento (Cantina Roeno), and the chef himself in our private dining room.

Dishes include potato mezzalune with black truffle, veal medallion with artichokes and aged goat’s cheese, and a deconstructed apple strudel. Each course matched with wines from the Roeno estate, from their Trento DOC to the 2018 Enantio Riserva 1865.
