MEET THE CHEF:
Originally from Argentina, Chef Lisandro Pucciariello began his culinary journey in Buenos Aires before refining his craft at the acclaimed Jean-Georges in New York City. After continuing his career in Europe, he returned to the U.S. and launch Li’s Forno, a contemporary mobile pizza concept bringing artisan pizzas to the Easton Farmers’ Market with a blend of Italian tradition and modern creativity.
