The Charkoal’s rodízio experience offers a unique and elevated style of dining. Guests enjoy continuous tableside service, where a variety of fire-roasted meats are carved directly onto your plate by our gauchos. Each cut is prepared over open charcoal flames, enhancing the flavor and delivering an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience.
In addition to our tableside service, guests have unlimited access to our gourmet salad bar, featuring an extensive selection of fresh, seasonal items, imported cheeses, charcuterie, and rotating specialty dishes. Our hot bar includes a variety of traditional sides and chef-inspired accompaniments designed to complement the full experience.
The evening will also feature Soul Brothers Meats and a wine tasting hosted by Black Stallion Estate Winery
