Chef Mama Saray Fundraiser Concert

Mama Saray, known as the Food Queen of Baltimore has been feeding the hungry and homebound for decades through her non-profit, Prime Time for Unity and has served her delicious food at hundreds of Baltimore events and fundraisers for others over the years. She has spent a life time doing for others, but it's been a rough year for Mama Saray. Shortly after moving to Jamaica to live with and care for her husbnad Ical, hurricane Melissa struck and their home and land was badly damaged. Ical's health deteriorated quickly after that and in December of 2025, he passed away.

Mama Saray came back to Baltimore where she raised funds and used all her savings to make her dream of owning a restaurant, A Taste of International, a reality. But shorlty after opening, the health department shut down the business. Not becasue of anything she had done, but because the unscrupulous landlord who took her money for the lease, failed to disclose he had building violations that had not been addressed.

She is now trying to start over once again and needs our help. We are bringing you a night of Music, food, fun and community at Zen West and we hope you will join us.
