About this Event
A 20-pound wheel of artisan cheese is the centerpiece of this intimate evening at Sip Shop Hooray. Gather in our tasting lounge for the moment the wheel cracks open and the first wedges are cut. Then settle in for a wine tasting and a selection of charcuterie bites.
Every ticket reserves a piece of the wheel for you to take home. Your 6-ounce wedge of artisan cheese will be freshly cut and hand-dipped in wax. Additional wedges will be available for purchase while supplies last.
The wheel cracking is open to spectators. The wine tasting, charcuterie bites, and reserved wedge are exclusively for ticket holders.
Tickets are limited. Reserve your place in advance to enjoy the tasting and take home your own wedge from the wheel.
