Cheese 201: Sensory Analysis with Jasper Hill Farm

From phenomenal cheese making and aging, back to regenerative agriculture and respect for animal and land, Jasper Hill Farm carries the beacon of what modern American agriculture should be. We look forward to sharing our love for cheese and conversation with you.

Expect a fun, information-filled hour filled with cheesemaking knowledge, affinage (cheese aging and refining!) and sensory analysis! Cheese flight and beverage are included!

Please purchase a ticket for each member of your party. Ticket price includes admission for one, as well as a cheese course, accompaniments, and beverage pairings for one.

Doors will open at 6:20pm, and class will begin promptly at 6:30pm. This is a seated event, which we expect to continue for 60 minutes. After the class, there will be time to shop with a 10% discount!
