About this Event
Our Cheer Strength & Conditioning class is designed to build the foundation every athlete needs to succeed in cheerleading. This 1-hour training session focuses on improving overall athletic performance through targeted strength work, endurance training, and body control.
Athletes will develop the power, stability, and flexibility required for jumps, tumbling, stunts, and motion technique. Each class is structured to safely progress fitness levels while helping athletes gain confidence in their physical abilities.
What Athletes Will Work On:
- Core strength and stability
- Leg power for higher, cleaner jumps
- Upper body strength for stunts and body control
- Flexibility and mobility training
- Conditioning for endurance and performance
This class is perfect for athletes at any level who want to improve technique, prevent injury, and elevate their overall cheer performance.
