Checkin’ In with Charles is a space to slow down, be real, and connect with others in a supportive environment.Hosted at Audubon Kids Zone on the 1st Thursday of every month (except in June & July) from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Charles Haygan's peer-led support group focuses on mental health awareness, emotional wellness, and community encouragement.
This is not therapy or clinical treatment. It is a safe place for honest conversation, guided check-ins, shared experiences, and support from people who understand that life can be heavy sometimes.
Whether you are dealing with stress, going through a hard season, facing personal challenges, or just need a space to breathe and feel less alone, you are welcome here.
Together, we will focus on:
