Stroke & Heart Attack Risk Assessment – Review key risk factors for cardiovascular disease and receive guidance on prevention.
Diabetes Screening – Check blood glucose levels and learn about diabetes risk factors and healthy lifestyle choices.
Alzheimer’s Awareness Screening – Participate in a brief cognitive wellness assessment and learn about brain health resources.
Cholesterol Screening – Monitor cholesterol levels and gain insight into heart health and disease prevention.
