Do I have to commit to attending every month?
No. There’s no long-term commitment, and we know schedules and responsibilities sometimes get in the way. However, the Roundtable is intentionally designed as an ongoing community. The more consistently you participate, the more valuable the relationships, collaboration, and support become.
What if I can’t make it in person one month?
Yes! If you normally attend in person but can’t make it one month, you’re welcome to Zoom in. We want consistency to be possible even when travel, work, or life gets in the way.
Is this a networking group?
Not exactly. You’ll absolutely build valuable professional relationships, but the Roundtable goes deeper than traditional networking. Each month includes guided development, real conversation, and mastermind-style collaboration around the challenges, decisions, and opportunities you’re actually navigating.
Who is the Roundtable for?
Women who are serious about growing—whether you’re a business owner, executive, leader, or established professional. You don’t need a particular title or income level. What matters is that you’re driven, invested in your own growth, and willing to contribute your perspective and experience to the women around you.
