About this Event
Join us for a delightful evening on our covered patio with Gabriel Asseily, winemaker and owner of Château Biac. Gabriel will guide guests through expertly selected wine pairings alongside a thoughtfully crafted five-course French menu, sharing the stories, traditions, and passion behind each wine.
About Château Biac
Nestled above a sweeping bend in the Garonne River and overlooking the historic Graves region of Bordeaux, Château Biac boasts a remarkable setting and a rich winemaking heritage. Recognized as a wine-producing estate since the mid-19th century, its roots stretch back even further to Roman times, when the first vineyards were planted in the area.
Since acquiring the estate in 2006, the Asseily family, originally from Lebanon, has embraced the challenge of becoming what they affectionately call “accidental winemakers.” Guided by a spirit of curiosity and adventure, they have dedicated themselves to restoring and preserving Château Biac’s legacy of excellence. Today, under the leadership of Gabriel Asseily, the estate continues its commitment to producing exceptional wines.
