CHASE PETRA
——
Chase Petra is a Long Beach, California trio whose emotionally charged indie rock and emo balances sharp introspection with explosive energy. On their sophomore album LULLABIES FOR DOGS, the band explores the uncertainty of growing up through hook-filled songwriting, establishing themselves as one of modern emo's most compelling voices.
JER
——
JER is the solo project of Gainesville, Florida multi-instrumentalist Jer Hunter, whose genre-blurring sound fuses ska, punk, hip-hop, hardcore, jazz, indie, and emo. Backed by a full band, JER pairs infectious, high-energy music with politically charged songwriting, creating songs that celebrate liberation while confronting systemic injustice.
LEISURE HOUR
——
Leisure Hour is a Muncie, Indiana emo trio known for cathartic songwriting, DIY spirit, and explosive live shows. Their music explores love, loss, and mental health with unfiltered honesty, earning them a devoted following and a place on the Counter Intuitive Records roster following the release of their acclaimed sophomore album ...and to think.
THE SEWING CLUB
——
The Sewing Club is a Nashville indie rock band that blends warm bedroom rock with emotionally sharp songwriting. Formed by a group of college friends, the five-piece pairs intimate, guitar-driven arrangements with Hannah McEroy's thoughtful lyrics, crafting songs that feel deeply personal, relatable, and unmistakably sincere.
