A safe, no-live-fire introduction designed to help you overcome fear of firearms and build a calm presence, before you ever step onto a gun range.

This course blends the fundamentals of firearm safety with mindfulness techniques and confidence-building exercises in a calm, supportive environment. No live ammunition is used—only realistic training tools (yours to keep 🙂) that let you practice the physical skills without the pressure or noise of live fire.
Learn to stay present, manage anxiety, and develop a steady, confident mindset. You’ll learn practical ways to quiet fear responses, regulate breathing under stress, and approach firearms with greater ease and self-assurance.
This course is ideal if you:
• Feel nervous or fearful about handling firearms
• Want to build foundational skills and confidence before attending a live-fire class
