Charity Fitness Games

Join us at Endorph Fitness for our Charity Fitness Games on Saturday 7 November 2026, raising money for Re-Solv and Lingen Davies Cancer Support.

Teams of four take on eight stations, four minutes per station, with two working while two rest. Including a warm up and cool down, it’s 40 minutes in total. Choose from two waves, starting at 12:30pm or 1:30pm.

Box squats
Row
Step over
Mystery round

The event is suited to all our members, and non members are very welcome too. There will be live DJs, a raffle, prizes and food on the day.

Tickets are £15 per person or £60 for a team of four.
