Join us for an elegant Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Wine Dinner featuring 4 wines, 4 courses, a Comté gougère and one appetizer.
Begin the evening with a Comté Cheese Gougère & Apéritif, followed by a Leek & Comté Tartlet paired with Domaine Gonon Mâcon-Villages 2023, named The Wine Society’s 2025 Chardonnay Wine Champion.
Continue with Domaine Martinolles Pinot Noir 2024, paired with a Mushroom & Bacon Vol-au-Vent, followed by Domaine de la Barbotaine Sancerre Rouge 2023, served with Roasted Chicken, Whole-Grain Mustard Sauce & Potato Gratin.
Finish with Philippe Gonet Signature Blanc de Blancs, recognized by Guide Hachette des Vins 2025 as “Vin Remarquable,” paired with a French Apple Tart.
