Come and learn some tips and tricks from Boxed Bites 2 Go, a local Charcuterie Grazing style company here in East Cobb.
This hands on class will teach you how to create your very own Charcuterie Platter. It includes 3 of our most popular cheeses, 3 charcuterie meats and accoutrements. In addition, it will include sample shots of Olea Oliva balsamic vinegars to pair perfectly with your platter.
This is a step by step class, with all materials provided. Wine can be purchased from Olea Oliva at the start of the class, to drink and enjoy as you work. (Please note , this is NOT a BYOB event).
